CHESTER – The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office has released its latest reports.   30-year-old James D. Marlen of Chester was arrested October 10, 2023 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for burglary, six counts of theft and unlawful possession of firearm. He is incarcerated.   34-year-old Ashley N.
