PERRYVILLE — The Perryville Police Department has released its latest report. 37-year-old Elizabeth M. Faulkner was arrested on a fugitive warrant out of Cape Girardeau County Tuesday, November 16th. Police say Faulkner came to the police department on a separate incident and it was found out that she had an active warrant for her arrest.
