Missouri REALTORS® Market Statistics Report | February 2026

COLUMBIA, MO. – Missouri REALTORS® provides this monthly statistics report highlighting the Missouri real estate market for February 2026.   Missouri REALTORS® sold 4,795 residential properties in February. The median sales price increased by 6.7 percent compared to last year, coming in at $269,000. The average residential sale price also increased 9.1 percent from last year to $320,939.
