JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest report of arrests.   Among those listed as arrested:   54-year-old Orville C. Schollmeyer Jr. of Troy, Illinois at 2:38 p.m. Saturday, May 18, 2023 in Ste. Genevieve County on a patrol charge of driving while intoxicated. He was released.
