PERRYVILLE — Citizens Electric Corporation reports crews are working across the service territory in Ste. Genevieve, Perry, and Cape counties to restore multiple outages brought about by Saturday’s strong storms.   The utility did not state where the outages happened.   It said a few outages were to be restored as late as 2 a.m.
