Mobile Market held January 26

Randolph County authorities investigate death of Sparta man

CHESTER — Randolph County Coroner Carlos J. Barbour has announced his office and the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office are investigating the death of 36-year-old Joseph A. Specogni of Sparta.
