CHESTER — Randolph County Coroner Carlos J. Barbour has announced his office and the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office are investigating the death of 36-year-old Joseph A. Specogni of Sparta.
Barbour says Specogni was pronounced at his residence at 7:01 p.m. Tuesday, January 25.
The cause of death is pending further investigation, however, no foul play is suspected
