SPARTA, Ill. — The Sparta Police Department has released its latest report. 39-year-old Matthew R. Schuetz of Tilden was arrested early Sunday morning and charged with DUI, improper lane usage, illegal transportation of alcohol and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
