CHESTER – The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office has released its latest report of arrests.   Arrested were:   Julie S. Dayton 33, Coulterville, arrested March 10, 2026 by Illinois State Police on a Washington County warrant for a no driver’s license charge.  Is incarcerated.   Paul A.
