Dorothy C. Wingerter, 92, of Perryville, Missouri passed away Friday, July 24, 2026 at Mercy Perry Hospital.   She was born April 8, 1934 in Oak Ridge, MO to John and Bertha (Trapp) Balsman.   Dorothy and Merlin “Curly” Wingerter were married May 12, 1956. He preceded her in death on November 24, 2008.

Firefighters battle silo fire at Gilster Mary Lee
