JEFFERSON CITY — A 79-year-old Ste. Genevieve man suffered moderate injuries in a traffic crash on Route C in Ste. Genevieve County Friday morning.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Ray A. Glassey was taken to Mercy Hospital South by a Ste. Genevieve County ambulance.
The patrol says the crash happened when a 1989 Ford LT9000 truck ran off the edge of the roadway. Glassey over-corrected, causing the truck to overturn off the left side of the roadway.
The patrol says Glassey was buckled up.
The crash happened about 9:42 a.m. east of Seven Falls Drive.
The truck had extensive damage and was removed from the scene by Ives Towing.
