JEFFERSON CITY – A 23-year-old Altenburg man has been charged with driving while intoxicated-alcohol (serious physical injury).
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Devin J. Ponder was taken to the Perry County Jail on a 24-hour hold following his arrest at 7:55 p.m. Sunday in Perry County.
