Stav Burdeinik 28, Homeless, arrested April 7, 2026 by Steeleville Police for criminal trespass to residence. Charges dismissed. Released.
Phillip D. Galster 41, Chester, arrested April 7, 2026 by Chester Police on a Perry County MO warrant for criminal damage to property. Transported to Perry County MO.
Justin K. Martin 47, Coulterville, arrested April 8, 2026 by Sparta Police on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a domestic battery charge. Pretrial Release.
Jerry W. Brenning 36, Coulterville, arrested April 8, 2026 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on an unlawful possession of controlled substance charge. Is incarcerated.
Melodie A. Nesbitt 47, Waterloo, arrested April 9, 2026 by Steeleville Police for driving while license suspended. Pretrial Release.
Billey G. Miller 56, DuQuoin, arrested April 10, 2026 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a Burglary charge. Is incarcerated.
