28-year-old Marcos Atsin-Leonides of Chester September 17, 2025 by Chester Police for home invasion and criminal damage to property. Is incarcerated.
42-year-old Kevin R. Luthy of Marissa September 18, 2025 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for DUI and Speeding. Pretrial Release.
49-year-old Stacy L. Edwards of Cutler, September 19, 2025 by Steeleville Police for driving while license suspended and a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a theft charge. Incarcerated.
38-year-old Joel Velasquez-Cardona of Chester September 20, 2025 by Chester Police for criminal trespass to real property. Pretrial release.
