Public notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Board of Education of Perry County School District No. 32 will be held in the Temporary Central
Office at 503 Schindler Road, in Perryville, Missouri, on September 9, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. Among the matters to be considered and acted upon will be the
resolutions described as follows:
1. A resolution authorizing the District to enter into a lease purchase transaction resulting in the issuance of Certificates of Participation.
The meeting will be open to the public.
