JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest reports.   Among those listed as arrested:   27-year-old Kyle S. Strickland of Ste. Genevieve at 7:50 p.m. Wednesday in Ste. Genevieve County on patrol charges of driving while intoxicated, possession of five fentanyl pills and one buprenorphine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
