JEFFERSON CITY – The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest report of arrests.   Among those listed as arrested:   54-year-old Dequence McDonald of St. Peters at 8 p.m. Sunday in Perry County on a patrol charge of driving while intoxicated. He was booked at the Perry County Jail and then released.
