MSHP reports arrest

JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest arrests.   Among those listed as arrested.   18-year-old Evan R. Hayden of Perryville was charged with driving while intoxicated at 3:54 a.m. Monday in Jefferson County.   He was taken to the Festus Police Department and then released.
