JEFFERSON CITY – The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest report. Among those listed as arrested: 53-year-old Scott L. Kennon of Perryville at 8:08 p.m. Monday in St. Francois County on a patrol charge of murder. He was being held in the St. Francois County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
