PERRYVILLE – Citizens Electric Corporation released its latest storm recovery update at 4 p.m. Tuesday, January 7, 2025. As of 4:34 p.m. there were 3,655 meters out in Perry County, 1,282 in Cape Girardeau County, 133 in Ste.
