PERRYVILLE — The Perryville Police Department has released two arrest reports.   Arrested were:   39-year-old Joshua Lee Weinkein of Apple Valley, Minn. at 8:04 p.m. September 27th on a charge of driving while intoxicated on alcohol.   41-year-old Austin James Cook of Perryville at 11:34 a.m. October 13th for driving while revoked or suspended
