JEFFERSON CITY – The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest reports of arrests.   45-year-old Guy M. Bieller of Perryville was cited for driving while revoked or suspended at 3:40 p.m. Friday, September 8 in St. Francois County. He was being held in the St. Francois County Jail on a 24-hour hold.

Missouri joins 17 states protecting children from lewd and obscene behavior

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey joined an 18-state coalition in filing an amicus brief supporting Tennessee’s Adult Entertainment Act (AEA), which protects minors from lewd and obscene behavior. A district court incorrectly ruled against the law, and the attorneys general are leading the effort to support the appeal of that initial ruling.
