Claire Otte is Elks Student of the Month at St. Vincent High School

PERRYVILLE — The St. Vincent High School Elks Student of the Month Award goes to Claire Otte for the month of March.

 

 

Claire is pictured with Zachary Stobart, head of schools and Steven Wibbenmeyer of Perryville Elks Lodge No. 2701.

 

Claire is the daughter of Kristin Otte and John Otte of Perryville.

 

Clair leads at St. Vincent as vice president of Sodality, vice president of Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD), treasurer of Students for Life, and secretary of Spanish Club.

 

She excels academically, making ‘A’ honor roll and is a member of National Honor Society.

 

Claire is also an athlete on the track and field team and participates in color guard and band.

 

Claire’s teachers state: “Claire is incredibly hardworking, polite, kind and always approaches her work with a positive attitude. She exemplifies Christian values every day. Claire is such a responsible, reliable and very conscientious. She is such a joy to have in the classroom.”

 

Claire plans to major in criminal justice at Southeast Missouri State University.
