STE. GENEVIEVE – The Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office has released its latest arrests and incident reports for the week ending August 18.

55-year-old Kanzi Tyehimba of Florissant, Mo. on a failure to appear warrant out of Perry County on the original charge of exceeding posted speed limit 11-15 mph.  Bond was set at $300 cash only.

 

54-year-old David Allen Ferguson of Perryville, Mo. on a failure to appear warrant out of Perry County on an original traffic charge of  speeding.  Bond was set at $500 cash only.

 

61-year-old Rachel Amanda Hance of Park Hills Mo. on a failure to appear warrant out of Desloge on an original traffic charge of expired plates.  Bond was set at $500 cash only.

 

45-year-old Nicole Lynne Jackson of Farmington, Mo. on the following warrants: failure to appear out possession of narcotic equipment out of Crystal City with a total bond of $3233.50, cash only.

 

39-year-old David Gene McGarity Jr. of Ste. Genevieve Mo. was arrested on a failure to appear warrant out of Ste. Genevieve County on a traffic offense.  Bond was set at $400 cash only.

 

36-year-old Danielle Rae Nichelson of Jefferson City, Mo. on a failure to appear warrant out of Phelps County on an original charge of trespassing.  Bond was set at $1000 cash or surety.

 

29-year-old Steven Luc Dunn of Park Hills. Mo. on the following charges: property damage, shoplifting and trespassing, all out of Desloge. Total bond was set at $735.5o cash or surety.

 

49-year-old Kristie Elizabeth Brice of De Soto, Mo. warrant out of Ste. Genevieve County for possession of a controlled substance, operating a vehicle on a highway without a valid license-1st offense, failure to register a motor vehicle/trailer, fail to affix/fasten to or maintain plates, displaying unlawful plate on motor vehicle, forgery, and owner-operated motor vehicle without financial responsibility-first offense. Bond was set at $2,500 cash or surety with 10 percent allowed.

 

64-year-old Billy Jack Montgomery of St. Louis, Mo. on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm and unlawful possession of drug parphernalia as a prior drug offender out of Ste. Genevieve County on  Bond was set at $2,500 cash or surety with 10% allowed.

 

26-year-old Logan Grant Pfister of Farmington on charges of trafficking drugs-2nd Degree, three counts of possession of a controlled substance, operating a vehicle on a highway without a valid license-2nd offense, exceeding the posted speed limit, and failing to wear a properly adjusted/fastened safety belt. Bond was set at $50,000 cash or surety.

Deputies were called to mile marker 140 for a vehicle fire.

Deputies were called to the area of Highway 32 and Interstate 55 for animal control.

Deputies were called to the 11000 block of Trautman Lane for an alarm.

Deputies were called to mile marker 163 for motorist assist.

Deputies were called to the 11000 block of Bauer Rd. for a suspicious vehicle.

Deputies were called to the 16000 block of Weingarten Rd. for a 911 hang-up call.

Deputies were called to the 5000 block of Peaceful Acres Dr. for a peace disturbance.

Deputies were called to the area of Brushy Creek and Saline Creek Rd. for a road hazard.

Deputies were called to the 23000 block of Donze Rd. to assist EMS with a person at this location.

Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office.  Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only.  Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law. Some cases are currently under investigation; any citizen with additional information is encouraged to call the Sheriff’s Office with any information you may have.  Again, each and every suspect is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
