Children, Patricia “Pat” (Roy) Mueller, Jane (Dave) Werner, Bill (Shari) Kist, Gerrie (Mark) Hurley, Tom (Nancy) Kist, Stephanie (Gerry) Schafer, Mary Ellen (Tony) Roungon; Grandchildren, Kelly Mueller Schwent, Brian Werner, Erin Herdler, Matthew Kist, Ben Hurley, Amy Hurley Bennett, Adam Stutesman, Katie Kist, Angie Schafer, Tony Schafer, Maria Schultz, Anna Morie, Rebecca Roungon; Eighteen Great-Grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be at Basler Funeral Home in Sainte Genevieve, MO on Sunday, October 11, 2026 from 4 pm until 8 pm. There will be a rosary service led by her family at 7 pm.
Service will be at Sainte Genevieve Catholic Church on Monday, October 12, 2026 at 11 am.
Burial will be at Valle Spring Cemetery in Sainte Genevieve, MO.
Erna’s faith was an important part of her life, and she generously gave her time in service to others. She volunteered with hospice, prayed with prisoners, led the Rosary at area nursing homes, and participated in Perpetual Adoration. At the Church of Ste. Genevieve, Erna served as a Eucharistic Minister and sang in the funeral choir. She was also a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary. Erna enjoyed quilting, gardening, playing cards, and above all, caring for others and helping those in need.
