NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Corporate Authorities (Mayor and Aldermen) of the City of Chester, Illinois, will hold a public hearing at the hour of 5:30 p.m. on Monday, July 20, 2026, at the Chester Municipal Building, 1330 Swanwick Street, Chester, Illinois, on the proposed Appropriation Ordinance for fiscal year May 1, 2026 – April 30, 2027, of the City of Chester, Illinois.

A copy of the proposed Appropriation Ordinance is available for public inspection at the office of City Clerk, 1330 Swanwick Street, Chester, Illinois.
