100 Miles, 100 Days Movement Challenge

STE. GENEVIEVE — MU Extension is hosting a statewide initiative called 100 Miles, 100 Days, and this includes Ste. Genevieve County.

100 Miles, 100 Days is a no-cost movement program that helps to motivate you to increase your physical activity throughout the 100 days of summer.

Starting June 16th, you just have to start moving in whatever way you enjoy- biking, dancing, even strength training! You can keep a log of your progress and set whatever goal you’d like that keeps you moving.  You’ll have until the last day of summer this September to meet your goals.

This program is a great way to get groups, coworkers, friends, and families to hold each other accountable or even compete for the most miles!

Also, join us for a local walk in partnership with the Ste. Genevieve National Historical Park on Saturday, August 1, at 9:00 AM, as we explore historic Ste. Genevieve. Participants will receive educational materials, have the chance to win door prizes, and enjoy learning about the community’s rich history. We hope to see you there!

Register online on the MU Extension website by searching for “2026 100 Miles 100 Days” or at the Extension office.
