            2023 HPF Grant – Mobile App Walking Tour – Public Comment Period Remains Open with SRI and the City.

 

            2026 HPF Grant – GIS Historic Data Layer Update – Submitted project for final     review/approval. Notice of awards will be in July. Total cost of project is $13,984.00 and the            grant will cover 40%, which is $5,594.00.

 

            SGHC 017-26 – Certificate of Appropriateness for replacement of wood windows with vinyl             windows, front door, and trim. – 299 N. Fourth St.

 

  1. New Business:

 

            SGHC 020-26- Certificate of Appropriateness for replacement of existing cedar shake roof             material with metal roofing material. – 145 Washington St.

 

            SGHC 021-26- Certificate of Appropriateness for the replacement of a small attic vinyl window   on the front of the home with a larger vinyl window to allow for the installation of a required            emergency escape window that will also allow mor light for the new bedroom. – 345   Washington St.

 

            SGHC 022-26 – Certificate of Appropriateness for the installation to two new vinyl windows in    the rear of the building on the second story and approval to cover all other existing windows with siding (previously approved via a COA) on the sides and rear portion of the building. – 132         Merchant St.

            SGHC 023-26 – Certificate of Appropriateness for installation of installation of signage to             match the style and feel of the former Sinclair Gas Station. – 140 S. Fourth St.
