Missouri REALTORS®Market Statistics Report | January 2026

COLUMBIA, Mo.– Missouri REALTORS®  has released its monthly statistics report highlighting the Missouri real estate market for January 2026.   Missouri REALTORS® sold 4,112 residential properties in January. The median sales price increased by 3 percent compared to last year, coming in at $260,000. The average residential sale price also increased 3.2 percent from last year to $309,992.

MSHP reports arrests

JEFFERSON CITY – The Missouri State Highway Patrol has reported two arrests in Perry County on Wednesday, February 25.   52-year-old Glenn E. Morgan of Perryville was arrested at 1:25 p.m. on 10 counts of tampering with a motor vehicle, endangering the welfare of a minor child, commission of fraudulent act and knowingly burning vehicle.
