MSHP reports arrest of 71-year-old Bloomsdale man for assault

JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting the arrest of a 71-year-old Bloomsdale man on a fourth degree assault charge.   According to the patrol’s report Charles W. Winslow was arrested about 4:20 p.m. Saturday in Jefferson County.   He was taken to the Ste. Genevieve County Jail and then released.
