JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest report of arrests.   29-year-old Jairo Y. Ramirez of Ballwin was arrested Monday, March 31st on patrol charges of no valid operator’s license, and speeding. He was being held without bond in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail.
