PERRYVILLE — The Perryville Police Department has released its latest reports.   48-year-old Rachel Ann Bunch, who is homeless in Perryvlle was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at 328 South Spring Street Tuesday, January 14th around 5 p.m. According to the police report, an office was sent to the location to investigate a disturbance.
