JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest report of arrests.   26-year-old Lashanna L. Armstrong of St. Louis was charged with driving while revoked at 3:18 p.m. Monday in Ste. Genevieve County. She was released.   74-year-old Jimmy L.
