Crisis exemption for insecticide use against Armyworms in Missouri rice

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. –Missouri Director of Agriculture Chris Chinn has declared a Crisis Exemption through Section 18 of the EPA’s Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA).
