JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest report of arrests.   37-year-old Khala R. Young of Perryville was arrested at 12:52 a.m. June 15 in St Francois County on a patrol charge of driving while intoxicated. She was taken to the St. Francois County Jail on a 12-hour hold.
