Brda, Jason Anthony W/M DOB: 01/08/1965 of Bloomsdale MO was arrested on a Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the charges of Armed Criminal Action and Assault-1st Degree. Bond was set at $25,000.00 cash or surety.

 

Cleveland, Robert Berry III, B/M DOB: 08/12/1983 of St. Louis MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of Failure to Register a Motor Vehicle.  Bond was set at $90.00 cash only.

 

McGuire, Brianna Leah W/F DOB: 05/18/1992 of Farmington MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of a Traffic Offense.  Bond was set at $300.00 cash only.

 

Rust, Kristin Nicole W/F DOB: 03/02/1989 of Ste. Genevieve MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Gasconade County on the original charge of Driving While Revoked.  Bond was set at $1,500.00 cash or surety.

 

Brown, Sean Allen W/M DOB: 07/03/1999 of Ste. Genevieve MO was arrested on a Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following charges:

-2 Counts of Armed Criminal Action

-Assault-1st Degree

-Unlawful Use of Weapon

Bond was set at $200,000.00 cash only.

 

Gegg, Austin James W/M DOB: 07/07/1999 of Ste. Genevieve MO was arrested on a Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following charges:

-Armed Criminal Action

-Assault 1st Degree

-Unlawful use of a weapon

Bond was set at $100,000.00 cash only.

 

Gegg, Anthony Lynn W/M DOB: 02/20/1988 of Ste. Genevieve MO was arrested on a Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following charges:

-Armed Criminal Action

-Assault 1st Degree

-Unlawful use of a weapon

Bond was set at $100,000.00 cash only.

Deputies were called to the area of the old Ozora gas station for a suspicious vehicle.

Deputies were called to mile marker 153 for a suspicious person.

Deputies were called to the 14000 block of Quary Town Rd. for an unconscious person.

Deputies were called to the 18000 block of Four Wheel Dr. to assist EMS with a person at this location.

Deputies were called to the 19000 block of Straughn Rd. for a trespass not in progress.

Deputies were called to the area of Interstate 55 and State Route DD for a road hazard.

Deputies were called to the area of State Route Y and Lawrenceton Cut Off for a burglary not in progress.

Deputies were called to the 12000 block of Park Dr. for a rescue.

Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office.  Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only.  Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law. Some cases are currently under investigation; any citizen with additional information is encouraged to call the Sheriff’s Office with any information you may have.  Again, each and every suspect is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
