Golf

 

PERRYVILLE — Wednesday was a great day for the St. Vincent High School Golf Team at the North County Invitational at St. Francois Country Club in Farmington. Out of 16 teams, St Vincent placed fifth. However the Indians placed highest out of four similarly-sized 1A schools.

 

Individually, two St. Vincent golfers medaled for the day in the top 10.

Sophomore Sam Koishor came in sixth and Senior Peyton Strattman led the team ranking third on the day.

 

St. Vincent hosts Perryville Wednesday at 3:30.

 

STE. GENEVIEVE – Ste. Genevieve played in the North County Tournament Wednesday.

 

Jeremiah Kunz had a 105, Madden Wolk had a 108.

 

Best ball results included Aiden Roth and Charlie Corbett with a 92.

 

The Scramble Team of Chase Yamnitz and Colton Roth had a 90.

 

Ste. Genevieve plays Fredericktown and Farmington at Farmington Thursday at 4 p.m.

 

STE. GENEVIEVE — Valle plays in the Crown Pointe Tournament Tuesday at 9 a.m.

 

PERRYVILLE — Perryville plays in the Crown Pointe Tournament Tuesday at 9 a.m.

 

Baseball

 

STE. GENEVIEVE – Valle Catholic won at Class 6 De Smet 5-1 and improve to 9-0 on the season.

 

The Warriors play at the St. Louis Patriots Tuesday at 4 p.m.

 

STE. GENEVIEVE – Ste. Genevieve High School Varsity baseball evens their record at 4–4 after a good team win over the Arcadia Valley Tigers by score of 11–1 in 5 innings.

 

The Dragons play at De Soto Monday at 4:30.

 

CHESTER – Chester plays at Anna Jonesboro in a three team round robin Saturday 11 a.m.

 

PERRYVILLE – Perryville beat visiting Oak Ridge 11-0.

The Pirates play at St. Vincent Tuesday at 4:30.

 

 

Softball

 

STE. GENEVIEVE – Valle hosts West County Wednesday at 4:30.

 

STE. GENEVIEVE – Ste. Genevieve hosts Doniphan at 11 a.m. and host Naylor at noon Saturday.

 

CHESTER – Chester plays at Trico Saturday.

 

Soccer

 

PERRYVILLE – Perryville hosts Cape Central Monday at 6:30 p.m.

 

PERRYVILLE – St. Vincent plays in the Windsor Soccer Tournament Monday through Thursday.

 

Track and field

 

STE. GENEVIEVE – Last Friday, April 22nd the SGHS girls won the Rebel Relays at Park Hills Central.

 

 

 A photo of the team was released Thursday of the victorious team.

 

The Dragons are off until April 10 when they travel to Farmington for the Simpson Relays. 

 

CHESTER – Chester travels to the Red Bud Open Meet Tuesday at 4.

 

PERRYVILLE – Valle and St. Vincent are at the Perryville Invitational Tuesday at 4.
