A funeral will be held Thursday, March 14, 2024 for 72-year-old Darlene Marie Duvall of Perryville, Mo. who passed away Friday, March 8, 2024 at Mercy Hospital Southeast.
She was born October 3, 1951 in Perryville, Mo. to Herbert Clarence and Eileen M. (Kiefer) Grass who both preceded her in death.
Darlene and Clyde Duvall were married on September 15, 1973 at Christ the Savior Church in Brewer. He survives in Perryville.
Survivors include her husband; daughter, Lorrie (Mark) Heaps; sister, Judy (LeeAnn Mattingly) Grass; grandson, Eric Heaps.
She was also preceded in death by her step-father: Frank Kadavi; two brothers: Ralph Grass and Donald Grass; and a sister: Mary Ann Grass.
She worked at the International Shoe Factory and was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville.
Darlene loved music, stitch work, arts and crafts, and enjoyed going on road trips.
Visitation will be from 8-9:45 a.m. on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at Ford & Young Funeral Home in Perryville.
A funeral mass for 72-year-old Darlene Marie Duvall of Perryville will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 14, 2024 at St. Vincent De Paul Catholic in Perryville with Rev. Ben Melaku C.M. officiating.
Burial will be at Mount Hope Cemetery in Perryville.
