JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest report of arrests.
26-year-old Elijah J. Pratt of Jackson was cited for a traffic violation at 9:15 p.m. Monday in Perry County. He was being held in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail pending the posting of bond.
