Jami Brumfield Drury speaks to Valle Catholic High School students

STE. GENEVIEVE – Valle Catholic High School welcomed Jami Brumfield ’89 Drury recently to speak to students as part of the Warriors at Work program.

 

 

She shared her career path in the field of education with students.

 

Jami received her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from William Woods University in 2023. She began her career as a paraprofessional, and moved into various roles, including teacher, education process coordinator, high school assistant principal, and to her current role as Director of Student Services for the Ste. Genevieve R-II School District.

 

She shared that education offers a wide variety of opportunities for students, flexibility and the ability for personal growth within the field. The school thanked Drury for sharing her time with the students.

 

Speakers visit the campus each month and share information on a wide variety of professions, including creative, medical, technical, science, religious, education, culinary, legal and more. The program is available to all students, freshmen through seniors.
