Jason Schott selected to lead local chapter of FBI National Academy Associates

STE. GENEVIEVE –- Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff Gary Stolzer has announced that his chief deputy, Major Jason Schott, has been named the president of the Eastern Missouri Chapter of the FBI National Academy Associates.

Sheriff Stolzer said “Major Schott belongs to the Eastern Missouri Chapter which covers all of Eastern Missouri with over 500 members both active law enforcement and retirees. This is a great honor not easily obtained. Congratulations Major Schott.”

 

Chapters are found in all 50 states, 194 countries, 8,200 law enforcement agencies, with 52,000+ graduates and 15,000+ members. There are 48 chapters worldwide with 43 of those chapters in the United States.

 

Major Schott graduated from the FBI National Academy, Session 266, in December of 2016 at Quantico, Virginia.

 

The FBI National Academy Associates is the largest fraternal organization for law enforcement executives in the world. Fewer than one percent of law enforcement executives are selected by the FBI Field Offices to attend the FBI National Academy.

 

There have been 287 sessions since the inception of the National Academy.
