Ste. Genevieve Heritage Commission meets Monday

STE. GENEVIEVE – The Ste. Genevieve Heritage Commission will consider three requests for Certificates of the Appropriateness when it meets in regular session Monday, September 18 at the temporary city hall at 44 Plaza Drive in Ste. Geneviveve.

 

One request is for the replacement of 15 wooden windows with vinyl windows at 380 Market Street.

 

Another seeks permission to construction a five-foot wide, eight-foot long, seven-foot tall lean-to over the basement cellar stairwell at the rear of 108 North Fourth Street.

 

The third request seeks to install a chain link fence in the rear yard at 658 N. 4th Street.

 

There are several administrative approvals which reflect actions taken by the city staff on the agenda.

 

One of them is for a museum wall sign to be painted on the south side of the old service station building at 380 Market Street.
