Thomas Lawrence Leigh Holtmann, 16, of Perryville, Missouri passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at his home.
He was born September 15, 2006, in Cape Girdrdeau son of Mitchell Holtmann and Amanda Jo Hahn.
Loving survivors include mother, Amanda Jo Hahn; father, Mitchell Holtmann; maternal grandparents Ron and Laura “Meems” Shultz of Perryville; two sisters, Blaise Hahn and Kora Holtmann and a brother, Noah Desmond.
He was preceded in death by maternal great grandparents John and Freida Seabaugh.
In Tristan’s honor there will be a Memorial Ballon Release on June 24, 2023 at 7:00 pm at Perryville Park Center Soccer Fields Pavillion No. 20. in Perryville, Mo.
Tristan’s family entrusted McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson with his final arrangements.
Family requests in lieu of flowers memorials be made to the family to assist with expenses.
