A funeral will be held Wednesday, April 12, 20223 for 75-year-old Dennis Lee Berry of Chester, Illinois, who passed away at 6:25 p.m., Thursday, April 6, 2023 at Mercy Hospital South, St. Louis, Missouri.
He was born to the late Walter and Margaret (nee Mueller) Berry on September 16, 1947 in Red Bud, Illinois.
Dennis married Geraldine “Gerry” Hindrichs on February 1, 1969 at March Air Force Base in California; she survives.
He was a retired United States Air Force Veteran and served for 20 years.
He had also worked at Chester Mental Health Center and Gilster Mary-Lee Corporation.
Dennis was a member of Peace Lutheran Church in Chester where he spent many years as President on the council.
He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge #72 in Chester and the Chester Country Club.
