A funeral will be held Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2022 for 50-year-old Michael Rankin of Bloomsdale who passed away Tuesday, November 8 at Riverview At The Park in Sainte Genevieve.
He was born January 12, 1972 in Poplar Bluff, Mo., the son of Rayburn Sr. and Linda (Coleman) Rankin, who survive in Bloomsdale.
He is also survived by a daughter: Shawna Rankin (Travis Kellum) of Sainte Genevieve, Mo.; a son: Zach (Christina) Rankin of Saint Mary, Mo.; his grandmother: Daisy Newton of Clarkton; six grandchildren: Makenzie, Wyatt, Maggie and Payton Kellum; and Liam and Melia Rankin.
He was preceded in death by a brother: Rayburn L. Rankin, Jr.
Michael enjoyed playing music, spending time outdoors and he was a fun loving Wild Spirit.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at the Basler Funeral Home in Sainte Genevieve, Mo.
