Two Perryville residents hurt in PCR 600 crash

JEFFERSON CITY — Two Perryville residents were hurt, one of them seriously, in a traffic crash Saturday afternoon on a Perry County road.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports 38-year-old Amanda D. Williams suffered serious injuries and 50-year-old Michael L. Williams had moderate injuries. Both were taken to Perry County Memorial Hospital by a Perry County ambulance.

The patrol says the crash happened when a 1994 Chevrolet 2500 driven by 31-year-old Taylor J. Siegert of Galena, Texas and a 1996 Dodge Ram driven by Michael Williams collided on Perry County Road 600, near Route K.

Michael Williams and a passenger in his vehicle, Amanda Williams were unrestrained. Siegert was buckled up and was not hurt.

The patrol says the crash happened about 3:44 p.m.

The Chevrolet had minor damage and was driven from the scene.
