JEFFERSON CITY – The Missouri Mining Commission of the State Of Missouri has issued a Permit To Engage in Surface Mining to Nexgen Silica, LLC Pursuant to 444.760 RSMo, “The Land Reclamation Act,” and on conformity with the statements in the application, a permit is hereby granted to engage in surface mining of Sandstone in the state of Missouri.
The extent of the proposed mining operation(s) will be on 115 acres, more or less.
