Missouri REALTORS® Market Statistics Report | February 2022

COLUMBIA– Missouri REALTORS® is pleased to share a monthly statistics report highlighting the Missouri real estate market for the month of February.   In February, Missouri REALTORS® sold 5,142 residential properties. Of those sales, the average residential property sold for $257,877. Compared to the average sale price of $243,948 in February 2021, there was a 5.7 percent increase.
