JEFFERSON CITY — A 42-year-old Frohna woman suffered moderate injuries in a traffic crash on Highway 61 in Perry County Monday afternoon.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Rebecca A. Perea was taken to St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau by a Perry County ambulance.
The patrol says Perea was the driver of a southbound 1995 Chevrolet Silverado which ran off the road, struck a fence and ejected her.
The crash happened about 1:30 p.m. north of Perry County Road 402.
The patrol says Perea was cited for driving while intoxicated.
