NWS reports River Region tornado damage

ST. LOUIS and PADUCAH — Here are the River Region storm damage incidents reported Sunday night by the National Weather Service offices in St. Louis and Paducah, Kentucky.

 

9:04 p.m. Tornado four miles northwest of Lithium in Perry County reported by a trained spotter just south of St. Mary: A lot of tree damage on the road. Time estimated by radar. Spotter report at 9:10 p.m.

 

9:16 p.m. Tornado in Chester in Randolph County reported by the public. Large trees upwards of 18 inches in diameter have been uprooted. Small boats have been blown. Time estimated from radar.

 

9:25 p.m. Tornado one mile east of Bremen in Randolph County reported by a trained spotter. Power lines down along Route 150.

 

9:31 p.m. Tornado two miles west northwest of Steeleville in Randolph County by a trained spotter. Machine shed mangled and widespread tree damage. Debris also on the road.

 

10 p.m. Thunderstorm wind gust three miles north northeast of Perryville in Perry County reported by a trained spotter. Dime-sized hail and 50-60 mile an hour wind.
